Referrals

Save £5 for each NEW person you refer to us.

We really do appreciate all the referrals we get from our existing patients.  For that reason we run a referral scheme.

If you refer someone to us please use the referral card (to the left).  Just enter your name and email address  as well as the name of the person you are referring to us.

Once the person that you have referred has been in for their first appointment with the completed 'Referral Card', we will then email you a £5 discount voucher as a thank you.

In addition the person you refer will also save £5 on their first appointment.

If you would like some referral cards do one of the following:

1) Email us at office@theringwoodclinic.co.uk with your address so we can send you some in the post. 

2) Copy the image attached to this post and print a copy of it at home. 

3) Pick up some cards on your next visit.

Small Print!
The referral scheme is only valid for new patients to the clinic. The referral card MUST be used to receive your £5 discount voucher - this is so we can track who has made each referral and email a voucher to the correct person.
